My journey into this work began with my own search for healing. This path led me through grief, trauma, chronic pain, and years of learning how to come home to myself. What I discovered along the way now shapes how I support others: with compassion, curiosity, consent, and deep trust in the body's wisdom. Today, I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, offering the kind of care I once needed myself.
